Burleigh woods, located near Loughborough, is an ancient wood, which means it is one of few woods in the UK to have yearly bluebell flowerings. The UK has over half of the world's bluebells and they are vulnerable to damage as family woodland visits increase each year. I designed an interactive exhibition and event focusing on 'wildflower' fairies, teaching families to leave the bluebells alone and to stick to the paths provided.

I used emotional journey maps and family personas to solve problems that partners and children could have throughout the event.

Map for Event

I presented the full event design in a PDF, showcasing marketing, wayfinding for audience, and a website selling merchandise and tickets for the event. All proceeds can be donated to Burleigh Woods for further protection.
